I HAVE JUST DISCOVERED THIS BEAUTIFUL SITES ON THE INUIT HUSKY. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL INUIT AND WE LOVE HIM SO .WE ALSO HAVE A BOXER PIT BULL CROSS AND THY LOVE EACH OTHER SO. BEFORE THEY GO TO BED AT NIGHT THEY CHECK EACH OTHER OUT FROM HEAD TO TOE. THE SAD PART IS HE IS 14 YRS OLD AND NOT MUCH LONGER TO GO . HE RUNS A GOOD HALF MILE 4 TIMES A DAY ALTHOUGH HE IN OUR MIND SHOULD BE WALKING BUT HE WANTS TO RUN. WHEN HE IS TOO TIRED HE LETS US KNOW .HE WILL GO TO THE END OF THE DRIVE WAY AND TURN AROUND BACK TO THE DOOR.HE KNOWS HE IS LOVED.HIS NAME IS BIG RED AND WE WAS A RESCUE DOG FROM CHURCHILL MANITOBA WE ARE SO FORTUNATE TO HAVE HAD HIM IN OUR LIVES.HE WORKED HARD AS A TOUR DOG IN CANMORE THEN CAME TO US.I THANK THE UNIVERSE FOR BRINGING HIM TO US.

How exciting for you (and all of us) I am the proud owner of a Canadian Eskimo Dog that I got from a rescue organization here in Manitoba following the loss of my Akita. I knew nothing about these dogs and it was my vet who told me what I had. I have owned MANY breeds in my life time, but my Qimmik is the smartest, friendliest, and best of the lot. My dream is to go to Churchill to see the Last Dogs of Winter in person. I follow your site and appreciate your PR for our breed. I wish someone would do that here in Canada.
